I picked a flower for you!

It is the 15thof the month and that means we get to show off another Dueling Darlings challenge.

For April, Tami and Melina are the Darlings who came up with the challenge and theme for the teams this month.  Tami is a Diva and Melina is one of the Dazzlers.  The challenge this month is--"I Picked a Flower for You".

Tami send some wonderful papers to use along with an assortment of awesome embellishments. She did challenge us to use the piece of thin green ribbon, which is layered over a white satin on my card.  I also used one of the flower brads and put the ends through the holes of one of the buttons and placed that one the ribbon strips!  This young lady is stylin' in her rain boots and jacket--Love the image.  Thanks for a great kit to play with Tami!!!

It is time for spring and our crocus are now blooming and the daffies will pop within the next day or so!  I love spring as it adds such great color to the gardens that have been sleeping........................

Here is the inside of my card:

Image/Sentiment:  Great Impressions Stamps ~ Lizzie Dressed; Sentiment Mary Engelbreit

Cardstock/Patterned Paper:  White; Stampin' Up Pistachio Pudding, Strawberry Slush, Daffodil Delight; My Mind's Eye My Girl Patterned Paper

Please be sure to stop in to see what all of the Divas as well the Dazzlers have created this month. All of the blogs are on the left sidebar of my blog. I am sure you will enjoy all of the wonderful cards that have been created this month!

Great card Barb and I love that theme and the image you chose to go with it. Such pretty chevron paper and I always like seeing how people finish the inside of their cards.

Barb, yes, that darling girl is stylin' - love the way you colored her!

Fun card, too. Nice use of the green ribbon, as well as the other goodies.

Pretty inside and out!

You did so well with the kit! I am glad that you enjoyed it. I like how you incorporated the embellies and were able to use so many of them.

Glad to be a Diva with you! xoxo
