Creative Card Chicks

This is my card for August's Monthly Challenge for the Creative Card Chicks.  This group is a kind of mystery image swap, where we each get an image and additional items to complete the challenge each month.

Terry is the hostess this month and sent everyone this pretty floral image for us. She also sent some patterned paper along with other cute embellishments.  It was a fun image to color up and I know that I will use this card in the future!

Here is the inside of my card with one of the sentiments, and I realize it is quite crooked...........

The Creative Card Chicks are to post our cards between the 21st and 23rd of each month--so if you check the blogs on my sidebars, you may see more of these wonderful creations! Many of our members also post their card in our SCS thread--so you might find more there.  This is the third month of the new round.   Be sure to come back and join us again in September!

This is picture perfect. I like how all of the colors coordinate with each other and the background DSP looks like wood panelling. Love your coloring and the pearls are perfectly placed. TFS!

What a sweet card Barb - love how you kept the front simple and let the floral panel take the eye
