Flourishing Notes

Today is the 9th of the month and here is my card for another The Three Musketeers post. This round, I was the hostess and sent out a fun floral image and sentiments from Studio Katia called Flourishing Note set.  For June, this is card #142 and we are now in year #12!  I cannot believe this trio has been going strong coming up on 13 years!

I colored the cute envelope and floral image with my Copic Sketch Markers. I die cut two of the images and that is what I used.   The background panel is a cutting plate from Ellentine called Large Lattice Frame. I layered the image three times and placed it over the card base. I die cut one of the sentiments with a banner die and added foam tape behind it.   I added some Taylored Expressions Black Drop Drops round the image.   I hope Jeanette and Kelly along with you enjoy my card!

Please check out the other Musketeer's cards.  Here is the link to Jeanette's blog along with Kelly's blog.  I am sure you will not be disappointed and will see a couple of pretty cards! Jeanette will be for our July challenge, so please be sure to join us again next month!

Dainty Delight

Today is the day I post my cards for our challenge called Unused No More!  This is a monthly challenge to be posted on the 6th with a group of friends from my No Foolin' Retreat.  Some may post on their blog and I will note those with blogs at the end of this post.  And, some might post on other social media.  Those that participate each month will send a picture in the text thread we have between us, showing our creation.  The premise is to use a stamp set, stencil die, hot foil plate or press plate that is new and has never been used.  So--Unused No More!

My plan is to pick a different company each month to highlight and maybe even a different product than the month before.  For June, I picked a set from Stampin' Up called Dainty Delight that includes a stamp set and matching dies.   I had to mount the rubber stamps to the images, so I know this set was unused!

For my card, I stamped the image and colored it with my Copic Sketch Markers.  I die cut the image and then die cut two leaf branches from Kiwi cardstock  I die cut a panel from a Concord & 9th Stitched Vine Card front and added a frame that was in my stash. The sentiment is from Taylored Expressions.  I added some Soft Pink Bling from The Ton around the image.

I am not sure who will post each month on their blog, but this is a list of the other ladies who do have blogs.  Links to the blogs of Jeanette, Terry, and Darlene Be sure to come back on July 6th to see another fun card from a set Unused No More.

Rainbow Florals

Today is the day I am posting my card for our One Plus Twelve challenge in 2026.  This is year number 8.  For this challenge, we are to use just one stamp, to make a card every month and post on the 3rd of each month.  For this year, I picked a Pinkfresh Studio set called Amazing Things.  The set includes a stamp set, matching dies, a 5-piece stencil set and a better press set. I am excited that I get to use this set every month for all of 2026 and have so many options.

For my card this month, I am going with a rainbow of colors.  I used the press plate and some rainbow hot foil for the image.  I then brush blended the image with the stencil set using Pinkfresh Studio ink cubes to match the color of foil in each are.   I then die cut the rainbow floral image and along with the stamped sentiment with the matching dies.  I die cut 3 panels from white from a Brass & Bliss Diamond with Stitch Cover Plate and layered it.  I layered that panel over another white panel that was embossed with an Altenew 3D folder called Crystal Wall.  I added some Pinkfresh Studio Glacier Jewels in some of the diamond areas.

Please be sure to check out the other One plus Twelve posts to see the sweet cards that Kelly and Jeanette have created for March!  Here is a link to both Jeanette's  and Kelly's blog.  Be sure to come back on July 3rd to see another fun card.

Bear Fireman Birthday

I am catching up on some card kits from various events. I have many kits from The Paper Cut that need to be completed. These 3 cards are from a kit called Bear Fireman Birthday.   This was a kit that was in a Comments Sold sale that Sarah had a few months ago.  The kit originally was a make n' take at the warehouse in Appleton in February during their birthday sale.

The kit included all of the items to make 3 cards, plus a set of two Happy Birthday stamps that I did not use. The two cards on the left have the patterned paper square closed and the one on the right shows what happens when you tug on the bended corner.  The fun bear fireman appears! I did use a Taylored Expressions Embossing Folder called Rockin' Rhombus on the background panel.  They sure are cute cards and I love the funny sentiment at the bottom!

I hope you enjoyed my cards!
