It is the 28th, so I am here to welcome you to another round with the Calendar Girls!
Who are the Calendar Girls? We are a group of bloggers who want to have a place where friendships blossom, creativity abounds, and encouragement prevails! In keeping with that dream, this blog group has been created so we will have a place to interact and enjoy being fellow bloggers.
Tami is our hostess this month and here is her challenge. We are all about the month of October! I have three little challenges for the girls this month.
It is the tenth month of the year, so please have exactly ten ( 10 ) items on your card. No more, no less! The ten items do not include your card base. Your image stamped on a piece of card stock is counted as one item.
Our due date is the 28th. So, that is going to require two ( 2 ) circles needed on each card and a minimum of eight ( 8 ) different colors.
Are you scared yet?! LOL Start taking a peek….there are a lot of different elements and colors on our cards! I am so looking forward to what you all create, as I do each month.
I thought this was a fun challenge—counting layers, checking the colors and making sure I had 2 circles. I do have exactly 10 items—not counting the base layer. Do you count 10? If you only see 9, check for the tip at the end of my post today.
Here is the inside of my card—this does not count in the total of 10 layers—and that is good!
Image/Sentiment—Outlines Witchy Dog/ Peachy Keen County Bumpkin Stamps Jack Delight
Cardstock—Gina K White; Stampin’ Up Pumpkin Pie, Basic Black; Echo Park Paper Happy Halloween Bat Festival, Trick or Treat Designer Paper
Ink—Memento Tuxedo Black
Accessories—Copic Markers; Dimensionals; Circle Nesties; Black Button with Orange Twine
Please check out the blogs of all of the Calendar Girls—there are 10 of us, so it might take you a bit. I am sure you will enjoy all of the beautiful creations for Tami’s Challenge. All of the blogs are listed on my left sidebar. Thanks for joining us!!!!!!!
Note—The witches hat is cut out and popped up on the dog’s head=item #10
