Star of Bethlehem

Here is my December Crafters of Faith card.  This is a great group that my friend Kelly started on SCS. This is our 12th month and Imke gave us this challenge:   Create a Christmas Card based on this scripture:  Matthew 2:10 When the Wise Men saw the star, they were filled with joy"

I bought this cute stamp just a few weeks ago at the stamp show in Madison and knew it had to be inked up for this challenge.  I also added a star from the Year of Cheer embellishments on silver cord.

Here is the inside with a sentiment from the Night in Bethlehem stamp set along with another star:

I hope Imke, along the others like my card this month!  We are to post between the 7th and 10th of each month, so if you look on my sidebar, you may see other creations.  I know that there will be many posted in the COF thread on SCS too! I am up for our January  challenge and so be sure to check back to see what I picked.
