Glory Bee

Here is my May Crafters of Faith card.  This is a great group that my friend Kelly started on SCS. This is our 17th month and Kelly herself gave everyone this challenge:  Kind works are like honey--sweet to the soul and healthy for the body" ~ Proverbs 16:24.  My word of the year is KINDNESS and I used that the reflect upon for this round.  Please feel free to use any play on the words that speak to your heart.  It would be honey, beehive, bee, something sweet or maybe black/yellow colors or any image that reflects kindness.... just have fun with it.

I knew I had a sweet bee image in my Whipper Snapper bin, so I went with that. I love Kelly's theme and I think bees are so cute too.  Plus, adding Patriotic colors too is a favorite color combination of mine. I used my Catherine Pooler ink again, this time using the Black Jack as it is more gray that black.  I love it!

Here is the inside of my card:

I hope Kelly, along the others like my card this month!  We are to post between the 7th and 10th of each month, so if you look on my sidebar, you may see other creations.  I know that there will be many posted in the COF thread on SCS too! Joyce is up for our June challenge and so be sure to check back to see what she picked.
