Open Book

Here is my October Crafters of Faith card.  This is a great group that my friend Kelly started on SCS. This is our 22nd month and Liz gave everyone this challenge: 

Scripture: Luke 11:9  "Ask and it shall be given to you, Seek and ye shall find, Knock and it will be opened for you."

Challenge:  Use stamp or something that was given to you by someone, use something you find in your stash, and create something that can be opened (like a card, a box, or open your Bible and do a journal page). 

I knew I wanted to use one of my favorite Spellbinder Dies as it looks like a opened book.  I used one of my favorite bible verses for the card and used just a ribbon for my embellishment.

I hope Liz, along the others like my card this month!  We are to post between the 7th and 10th of each month, so if you look on my sidebar, you may see other creations.  I know that there will be many posted in the COF thread on SCS too!
