50th Round of UIS

This is my card for the 50th round of the UIS--Unidentified Image Swap on SCS.   Yes, the 50th round!  It is a group of ladies who are a part of a bi-monthly swap where we all use the same image, sent to us by the hostess.  The unidentified part is that we are to not discuss the image at all until the day they are to be posted.   The image for this round was provided by Darlene!  She will swap the cards and include the next image that Nancy sent in our return envie. And then we get to do it all again--for round #51--in August!

Darlene sent everyone this pretty Hero Arts image called Bouquets of Wishes.  She thought we could all use some Thinking of You cards to send out during this strange time!  AND--she is right as mine will go out in the mail soon.

I colored the image with my Copic Markers and cut it out with my Spellbinders Circles and Petite Scalloped Circles.  I used the Stampin' Up Pressed Petals Specialty designer series paper for my background and floral square.  I added some pink brads for the final touch.

I really like the vintage look of this card!

Here is the inside of my card:

If you check some of the other blogs listed on my sidebars, you may find some other swappers who have posted their creations within the past couple of days as they date to post is today--or they may post in the upcoming days. You can also check out SCS and use the keyword UIS50 to see some posted there.  I hope everyone in the swap likes my card--and that you do too!

  3. It not only has a vintage feel Barb, but the contrast of the circle and the square is a real eye catcher, but at the same time the circular flowers tie it together - a wonderful design and fabulous colours
    Stay safe
