It is the 28th of the month, so I am here to welcome you to another round with the Calendar Girls!
Who are the Calendar Girls? We are a group of bloggers who want to have a place where friendships blossom, creativity abounds, and encouragement prevails! In keeping with that dream, this blog group has been created so we will have a place to interact and enjoy being fellow bloggers. Terry is our hostess this month and this is what she wrote for us to follow:
September is a month full of changes. From the leaves on the trees changing colors, to me changing how old I am.
My challenge to you is to use the attached sketch to create a birthday card. Your card can be for a male or a female but it needs to include one type of embossing....can be dry embossed cardstock or a wet embossed image, your choice!
Have fun with it and create something wonderful!
Here is the sketch we followed:
I really like using sketches--it makes the process a whole lot easier and faster!
Image/Sentiment—Unity Itty Bitty Candles, Starts & Birthday Wishes
Cardstock—Stampin' Up Real Red, Pacific Point, White; We R Memory Keepers Red, White & Blue Patriotic Alphabet Patterned Paper
Ink—SU Pacific Point
Accessories—Red Stripe Ribbon, Cuttlebug Stars Embossing Folder;
Please check out the blogs of all of the Calendar Girls—there are 10 of us, so it might take you a bit. I am sure you will enjoy all the creations! All of the blogs are listed on my left sidebar. Thanks for joining us this month!
