This is the card that I made for our monthly stamp club this week--theme was Thank You . The card was inspired by a card I received last week from Pearl and just loved it. So, I asked her if I could “case” it and she said yes, as no one had ever case’d one of her cards before. Her card used vintage papers and had an antiqued look. I went for a brighter card and I hope the ladies at club tonight like it too. I used a 1 ¼ inch punch for the 8 squares—two of each pattern and the strips on the right side that are woven are ½ inch wide. I added the wide ribbon to give added color.
Image—SU Short and Sweet
Cardstock—SU Chocolate Chip, Pretty in Pink, Sweet Pea DSP
Ink—SU Chocolate Chip with Pretty in Pink sponged on the pink base and oval sentiment.
Accessories—SU 1 ¼ square punch, oval punches, brown brads, 15/16” chocolate chip satin ribbon, Dimensionals
