Just a Little Note

 

Today is the day I am posting my card for our One Plus Twelve challenge in 2024.  This is year number 6.   For this challenge, we are to use just one stamp, to make a card every month and post on the 3rd of each month.  For this year, I picked a Pinkfresh Studio set called Thankful for Friends.  The set includes the stamp set, matching die, coordinating stencils and a hot foil plate!   I think this set is so pretty and I will have many options each month. 

For my card this month, I first hot foiled the image in gold foil. I then used the 4 piece stencil with Taylored Expressions inks to color the image.  I then die cut the floral cluster with the matching die.  I picked a Pinkfresh Studio plate called Stitched Octagons for the background. Keeping with the octagon them, I added a frame I cut from The Paper Cut's Gold Metallic with two dies from the Pinkfresh Studio Blanket Stitched Octagon set. I picked a gold sentiment from one of my PFS sentiment packs. I added some Pinkfresh Studio Metallic Gold Pearls around the image.

I then used the 4 piece stencil with Pinkfresh Studio ink cubes to color the image.  I then die cut the floral cluster with the matching die.  I picked a Pinkfresh Studio plate called Dotted Scallops for the Calypso Coral for the background. I added three layers of a frame from the Pinkfresh Studio Double Stitched Scalloped Rectangles. I picked a silver sentiment from one of my PFS sentiment packs. I added some Pinkfresh Studio Sky Blue Jewels around the image.

I then used the 4 piece stencil and green and yellow Taylored Expressions inks to ink blend the image.  I then die cut the floral cluster with the matching die.  I picked a Pinkfresh Studio plate called Geo Floral Background for the white panel over a yellow card base. for the background.  I placed the die cut floral image, also with some foam on the back and used a gold foiled sentiment from one of my PFS sentiment packs.   I added some Taylored Expressions Iridescent Drip Drops around the image.

I then used the 4 piece stencil and Pinkfresh Studio inks to ink blend the image.  I then die cut the floral cluster with the matching die.  I picked a Pinkfresh Studio plate called Dotted Scallops for the background.  I then die cut a frame using the Pinkfresh Studio Notched Corner frames from Coastal Cabana cardstock to coordinated with the leaves. I added foam tape under the frame.   The card base is also Coastal Cabana  I placed the die cut floral image, also with some foam on the back and used a sentiment from one of my PFS sentiment packs.   I added some Pinkfresh metallic gold pearls around the image.

Today is the day I post my card for our One Plus Twelve challenge in 2024.  This is year number 6.   For this challenge, we are to use just one stamp, to make a card every month and post on the 3rd of each month.  For this year, I picked a Pinkfresh Studio set called Thankful for Friends.  The set includes the stamp set, matching die, coordinating stencils and a hot foil plate!   I think this set is so pretty and I will have many options each month. 

For my card this month, I first hot foiled the image in copper foil. I then used the 4 piece stencil and Pinkfresh Studio inks to ink blend the image in greens and purples.  I then die cut the floral cluster with the matching die.  I picked a Pinkfresh Studio plate called Stitched Octagons for the background and used Gold Metallic from The Paper Cut.  I also picked a Pinkfresh Stitched Scallop Circle die and cut it twice from Opal Metallic, also from The Paper Cut. I placed the die cut flower over and under the die cut circle.  I picked a Pinkfresh gold foiled sentiment from one of the many sentiment packs I have.  I added some Pinkfresh Lavender Jewels and placed them around the image.  The cardbase is Ivory cardstock.
