A Heart Full of Roses

It is the 15^th of the month and that means I am showing you a new Dueling Darlings card.  For our June Challenge, Judy and Darlene are the hostesses. Darlene is a Dazzler and Judy is a Diva, like me, in line.   And we are all Dueling Darlings!  And, we have been doing this since August of 2010--so we are coming to the end of our 9th year!

The theme for June is A Hear Full of Roses! Roses are the flower of the month for June birthdays-and I know that as my mom's was June 1st.  Judy sent this sweet rose image from Inkadinkadoo.   She also sent some pretty patterned paper along with a variety of fun embellishments. This was fun card to make and I hope the other Divas thought so too!  

I colored the rose image July sent with my Copic Sketch Markers.  I die cut the image and a layer of Pear Pizzazz with my Stampin' Up Labels Dies.  I added some of the green and pink sequins along with some of the pretty white ribbon.  The background embossed layer was in our kit and I added a strip of some of the pretty floral patterned paper.
