Happy Birthday Child's Card for Stamp Club

This is the card that I made for tonight's stamp club.  Carla is the hostess and she picked the theme of children's cards.  I am not sure if this is what she meant, but the bright colors I think make a good child's birthday card.

Image/Sentiment—Stampin' Up Punch Bunch

Cardstock—SU So Saffron, Tempting Turquoise, White and DSP

Ink—Tempting Turquoise

Accessories—Punches, Birthday Cake Ribbon, Turquoise Brads
