This is my card for the September Challenge Your Stash group on SCS. This is our 8th month of de-stashing!
The premise is to create a card or something else that uses only items that are in your own stamp room--nothing new is to be purchased. The hostess each month posts their challenge to the group and the card is due to be posted on the 28th. Each person in the group creates their card with their own image, their own papers, their own embellishments with their own supplies--using up items from their own stash! The card can be for any occasion and each person is encouraged to send the card on its way to someone so it can be admired. It is a way for us to step out of the box a bit and create something that follows a challenge--isn't that what a challenge is supposed to be. And--no money is spent as all items are to be already available in each of own stamping spaces.
Terry posted our September challenge--Use Washi Tape. I have a drawer full of washi tape and use it sparingly. So, this was a great challenge for me! I used a bicycle washi tape to cover the entire back of my card and then used a bicycle die for the focal point.
If you check some of the blogs on my sidebar, you may find others who have posted their cards today or in the next day or so. There may be more posted in the thread on SCS, so you might want to check out the link here. We also have a keyword for the SCS Gallery--it is CYSSEP. You might see many cards there is you do a search.
I hope you enjoyed my card and I know I am excited to check out what my other hoarders, I mean stash reducers have made! Thanks for stopping by today! For October, Jody is up and I cannot wait to see her challenge. Be sure to check back to see what we create!

Barb, who but you would have bicycle Washi Tape? Seriously, I have MANY rolls of Washi Tape but am pretty sure there isn't any of it with bicycles on it. LOL!
Your card us so fun... I love the background of washi and that bright bicycle die on top of it.
You have the perfect combo of washi and die cut! Love it!
What a beaut - love the way you have used the Washi tape!
Blessings
Maxine
LOL, love the bike Washi- and how perfect that you have a die to match!!!
