Sweet Friend!

It is time for another The Three Musketeers post. We are ready to showcase the card we all created with the image that Kelly sent-left for me--for Card #41!   All three of us sure have enjoyed the challenges every month and we hope that it continues for a long time!  Jeanette will be up next for the March challenge and I am sure it will be a fun image to play with! For our February card, Kelly bought this stamp during her January visit to Wisconsin. We stopped at Village Ink & Paper in Greendale, which is the home to Gina K Designs. She spotted this stamp set and knew she had to have it.   She said the image and coordinating sentiments were inspired by her trip.   She stamped the images at my house and then hand delivered them to Jeanette and me that same weekend--how sweet!  I hope Jeanette and Kelly like my card.  

Kelly will need to come back to visit in the summer as we have many Annabelle Hydrangea plants in the front of our house and they are beautiful when in bloom.  They are white, but I do love the purple variety too!

The hydrangeas have Wink of Stella on the blooms for a bit of shimmer.

Friday's With The Project Bin

It is Friday, so  that means that I am back with another card for The Project Bin Stamps--A Way With Words!  Every single Friday I will be posting a card made from one of their great photopolymer stamp sets.  So, please plan to come back each week to see what I have created--I think you too will love these great sentiment stamp sets.  And, remember, some of the sets come with matching steel dies! Denise is the owner, founder and creator of these wonderful stamp sets.  The sentiments she has for us to ink up are just perfect for any holiday or time of year.  Please be sure to go and check them out!

For this card, I used two sweet stamp sets--Kinda Sorta which is a newer set and In My Heart--perfect for Valentine's Day!  Each of these sets comes with some wonderful sentiments that can be used for many occasions.  And, In My Heart comes with some matching dies!  I love both of these sets!  And, I think this makes the perfect card for someone that you love!

Noble Deer

Here is my February Crafters of Faith card.  This is a great group that my friend Kelly started on SCS. This is our 14th month and Liz gave everyone this challenge:  Psalm 42.1  Create a masculine card with a deer on it.

I inked up a very old Stampin' Up set from 2004, called Noble Deer.  I bought the stamp set at a rummage sale and I am not sure I have ever used it.  I inked up the great image with Early Espresso and used my Copic Markers to color.   I think this set was a good choice for this challenge and I like the way it turned out.

You Can Make Me Laugh

This is the card I made for our bi-monthly swap at my local stamp and scrapbook store called Polka Dots, in Mukwonago.  The theme this month is Love, Valentine's or Friendship.  I think my card can be used for any of those!

I inked up one of my favorite stamp sets from The Project Bin. I love this set and I have used it often ever since I got it.  I love all of the great sentiments!    I think everyone can use a sweet card like this!

For this card, I used a sweet new stamp set called Hole Foods!  This set comes with 11 stamps--8 are sentiment stamps and 3 images, that can be used for many occasions.  I think this new set is so fun!  I love this sentiment!
