Ready, Set, Go!

Today is the third Wednesday of the month and that means a Ready, Set, Go Challenge Card! The 3 Musketeers (Jeanette, Kelly and me) are back with another challenge this month--our 10th month!

Kelly gave us our challenge for February:  Create a card or project using at least three letters of your first name.  Your letters may include the image itself or other parts of the card.  Sounds like a Fun challenge.  Ready--set--go!

I really hope I like the letters B-A-R, and not the alcohol part!  So--the letter B is for books and the crayon brad.  The letter A is for the apple and the alphabet on the patterned paper.  The letter R is for the red apple, red background paper nd red baker's Twine.  And, I can count the red crayon too!  I used to be on the Melonheadz Design Team and I do miss creating with her fun images.  I used a digital set called Back to School!

Here is the inside of my card:

Please be sure to check out the other Ready, Set, Go cards.  Here is a link to Jeanette's and Kelly's blog.  I am sure you will not be disappointed and will see a couple of great cards! I hope Kelly and Jeanette like my card and that you might too!  I am up for the next theme, so be sure to check back to see what we are up to on the 3rd Wednesday in March!

You Can Make Me Laugh

This card is for the monthly swap that Pam hosts on SCS.  Each month we make 10 cards and include a matching envelope.  They can be any theme for any month.  All of the swappers are wonderful and I have received awesome cards each and every month.

I inked up one of my favorite stamp sets from The Project Bin. I love this set and I have used it often ever since I got it.  I love all of the great sentiments!    I think everyone can use a sweet card like this!

Here is the inside of my card:

I hope Pam and the others swappers like my card this month!

Unidentified Image Swap

This is the card for the 36th round of the Unidentified Image swap on SCS.  It is a group of ladies who are a part of a bi-monthly swap where we all use the same image, sent to us by the hostess.  The unidentified part is that we are to not discuss the image at all until the day they are to be posted--that was yesterday!   The image for this round was provided by Sue.   She will swap the cards and include the next image that Vickie, our next hostess in their return envie.  And then we get to do it all again--for round #37--in April!

I have never seen this image before and it sure is pretty!  I added some Wink of Stella over the flowers and butterfly to add some shimmer.

Here is the inside of my card:

If you check some of the other blogs listed on my sidebars, you may find some other swappers who have posted their creations today or in the next few days.  I hope Sue and everyone in the swap likes my card--and that you do too!

Friday's With The Project Bin

It is Friday, so  that means that I am back with another card for The Project Bin Stamps--A Way With Words!  Every single Friday I will be posting a card made from one of their great photopolymer stamp sets.  So, please plan to come back each week to see what I have created--I think you too will love these great sentiment stamp sets.  And, remember, some of the sets come with matching steel dies! Denise is the owner, founder and creator of these wonderful stamp sets.  The sentiments she has for us to ink up are just perfect for any holiday or time of year.  Please be sure to go and check them out!

I am so excited to see what great stamp sets Denise has in mind for the future.  I am sure she will have some wonderful sentiments for us to ink up and for you to consider purchasing!  I just know you too will love creating cards with these stamp sets!!!

If you want to check out more creations from the design team, be sure to check out The Project Bin Blog as often as you can.  Every day there is a different card posted by one of more of the design team members.

For this card, I used a fun stamp set called #BFF. This set comes with 6 great sentiment stamps for your best friends forever!

Here is the #BFF stamp set:

Dueling Darling Divas Travel

It is the 15th of the month and that means I am showing you a new Dueling Darlings card.  For the February Challenge, our leaders and founders, Kelly and Jeanette, decided on the theme-Something I love!   Jeanette  is the one of the Dazzlers and Kelly is the top Diva, the team that I am on!

Jeanette and Kelly did not want to do the traditional Valentine's Day theme, so the Love theme was picked.  Europe is one of Kelly's greatest loves as she has been fortunate to live and travel those countries.  She picked the MFT stamp set London Mouse, that she loves and gave us the challenge of "I Love Europe"!
I too love Europe, though I have only visited it once.  But, I will return for sure!

Kelly sent us many images for us to chose from--some even die cut!  She also included some great patterned papers and wonderful matching embellishments! This sure was a fun card to make!

Here is the inside of my card:

I hope all of the Darlings enjoy my card this month. Please be sure to stop in to see what all of the Divas as well the Dazzlers have created this month.

There are a few members who do not have blogs:  Suzy and Terry S who both are on the Diva team, and Terry A, Paola and Debby who are Dazzlers.  You will be able to check out their creations in their SCS gallery, if you click on the link for their name.  All of the others should be found on my left sidebar.  I am sure you will enjoy all of the wonderful creations this month!

Christmas Squad

This is my card for the Christmas CraZy group on SCS.  This is actually the second year of this fun group as Pansy took over in 2018 for the group that Jeanette had organized last year.  We each receive a card kit from another person in the group and made a card with the image and papers sent.  It sure was fun in 2017 so I am happy that Pansy took it over and we get to continue!

This round, I was matched with Michelle and received a great kit with some cute Simon Says Stamp Christmas Squad images.  I colored up these two sweet images and fussy cut them. Michelle also included some sweet patterned paper.  I hope that Michelle and the others like my card!

Here is the inside of my card, with another cute image from the kit:

Foiling for Monthly Swap

This is my card for the monthly themed swap that Terry is hosting on SCS.  Each month she will post a theme and we make cards using any stamp set we believe follows that thought. This is our 26th month and the theme for February is "Winter Blues".   We were to make a card depicting how we combat the winter blues--or use the blue part of the theme and create a card that is mostly blue.  That is what I did!  I got out some of my new foils and used my laminator for the first time for a swap to make these shiny, blue birthday cards!  I am sure there will be some wonderful cards this month.

I hope Terry and the others swappers like my card this month too!  Terry will be posted the March theme yesterday, so be sure to come back in to see what we create!
