Bertha Big Mouth

Here is my card for the May mystery image swap.  Susanne sent us Bertha Big Mouth--a hilarious image along with the components to make the card "Smile" when the tab is pulled:

It sure was a challenge to make, but Susanne sent us great directions and I think is all worked out! The whole thing just cracks me up!  I hope everyone likes it!
