Card #2 from Emily's Kit

I am finally getting a chance to share the cards that I have made with the fun card kits I received in January.  I was so excited to be the recipient of these snowy themed card kits in a swap that I am hosting on SCS.  I received 10 kits and I hope to make 2 cards from each kit.  That was my plan in 2018 and I succeeded--and I think I can do it again!   So--stay tuned as I will be making the cards in the next few weeks and will post them as I can.

This is card kit #1, from Emily.  She sent an entire stamp set as she has decided it is easier than to be sure to follow all of the companies Angel Policies.  I was the recipient of a great set from Inky Antics called Christmas Friends. The set has some fun snowy images and great holiday sentiments.  She also included some fun patterned paper by Crate Paper, cardstock by Stampin' Up along with many, many fun embellishments. I was able to make 2 cards and I posted the first card yesterday-check back if you want to check it out. Be sure to check back to see the rest of my creations from this fun card kit swap in the next few weeks!

I colored the cute snowman with the Christmas lights image with my Copic Sketch Markers and layered it with My Favorite Things-MFT-Stitched Arch Stax.  The embellishments are gold glitter ribbon along with gold sequins.

Here is the inside of my card:

Thanks for a great kit and fun stamp set Emily--these were two fun cards to make!

Beautiful! I like the stitched die cuts, and the layout. Nicely done.

That's one fun snowman image Barb, and beautifully framed with the die cut layers you used, and the fun paper
Stay safe
