This card is for the monthly swap that Pam hosts on SCS. Each month we make 10 cards and include a matching envelope. They can be any theme for any month. All of the swappers are wonderful and I have received awesome cards each and every month.
I inked a stamp from the Stampin' Up Amazing Life. I went with some fun birthday patterned paper from the It's My Party Designer Series Paper. I think everyone can use a birthday card!

Barb, this is such a cute card, and yes we always need birthday cards. I like the piercing that you added around your sentiment. The pearls complement these perfectly. I also like the layout that you created the stripes with the balloons in the background create quite a bit of interest. Let's party!!!
